What is a Blanc de Blancs?
Blanc de Blancs means "white from whites". It's a sparkling wine made only from white grapes, which for us means 100% Chardonnay. That usually gives a fresh, elegant style with crisp acidity.
Can I buy the Blanc de Blancs at the tasting?
Yes. The tasting takes place during the pre-order period, so you can reserve bottles before the wine is officially released on the 26th November.
How is this different from your usual tour and tasting?
It follows the same format, with a talk and then a tasting. The difference is that it's built around the launch of our first Blanc de Blancs and includes a side-by-side vintage comparison. As with our regular Tour & Tastings you'll have some time to sit back and enjoy the view from our Watch House uninterrupted.
