Vineyards of the Surrey Hills Tour & Tasting

An introduction to the Surrey Hills wine region

About this experience

THIS TOUR & TASTING IS NOW SOLD OUT

On this special Surrey Hills Vineyard tour, you can see and learn about Chilworth vines, their growth cycle and the winemaking process, as well as hearing about the Surrey Hills as a wine region. You will taste a selection of wines from all five vineyards of the Surrey Hills.

After a short walk around the vineyard we’ll return to The Watch House, our new tasting barn named after the original watch house that once stood in our fields. With its stunning views over the vineyard and across to St Martha's Hill, it's the perfect spot to try the sparkling wines and still rosé of the Surrey Hills, together with some specially prepared complimentary pairing bites.

This Tour & Tasting is part of the Chilworth Wine Fesitval, so why not come earlier and relax and enjoy an afternoon and early evening of music, premium quality English sparkling wine and delicious street food.

There will be some seating available across the vineyard, but please feel free to bring along a deck chair or blanket and you are welcome to sit in the Vineyard and enjoy the afternoon.  We ask you not to bring food with you, but support our local suppliers who will be there to serve you throughout the afternoon.

Your ticket includes:

Entry to Chilworth Wine Festival between 3-8 pm

Access to all that the Chilworth Wine Festival has on offer (wine bar, street food, ice-cream, music and Winston's Walk)
