Christmas Tree Sales

Christmas Tree Sales

Christmas Trees & Wine

More than 15 years ago, the siblings in the Wrigley family started a small family business selling Christmas trees in front of the Manor. From selling just a dozen Christmas trees per day to now several hundred, they never imagined how much it would grow!

A few years ago, the vineyard took over the business while working closely with the siblings, maintaining the same format. Now, after all these years, we have found that the space near the house has become too crowded. To give you more time and room to choose the perfect tree — and maybe even catch up with friends and family — this year we will be hosting our Christmas Tree sales in the vineyard. There, you’ll find plenty of parking and space to wander, while still enjoying a complimentary glass of Glögg or hot chocolate on arrival.

You’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of our fizz or Glögg from our covered pop-up wine bar, browse our festive gift collection, take in the stunning views over the vineyard and up to St Martha's, and treat yourself to festive bakes and sausage rolls from local barista, MochaTado. Plus, the alpacas will be roaming the vineyard, ready and waiting to be greeted and fed by you!

Even though the tree sales have moved from the Manor, the gates will remain open, allowing you to wander up and take a festive photo with the tree in front of the House. Please note, however, there will be no access to the gardens.

Choosing your Christmas tree should be an enjoyable and stress-free experience. This is why we use a booking system so our team can dedicate their time to help you choose the tree that is perfect for you!

You are welcome to stay beyond your time slot to relax and enjoy everything we have on offer. However, we do ask that you arrive within your allocated time slot to select your tree. This helps us manage the flow of customers and ensures that you have plenty of time to pick the best tree.

BOOK YOUR SLOT HERE (one per family, no need to book per person)

In the spirit of Chilworth Manor, proceeds from Christmas tree sales support the local food bank in Chilworth.
