Pre-order now to secure the newest vintage of our still rosé - a wine that has become a seasonal favourite and sells out year after year. We’re especially excited about this release, which beautifully captures the elegance and generosity of the 2025 vintage.

Rose gold in colour, this dry rosé is crafted in a classic Provençal style, opening with delicate aromas of honeysuckle and fresh melon. On the palate, it offers an ample, rounded mouthfeel with subtle notes of quince and honey, balanced by a clean, refreshing finish that keeps it poised and refined.

Equally enjoyable on its own or paired with charcuterie, it’s a versatile and beautifully balanced wine for any occasion.

Our Provence style Rose is made from gently pressed Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, handpicked from our vineyard nestled in the Surrey Hills.

Chilworth Manor Rose is bottled by Litmus Wines.

Following a wonderfully benign lead into April and budburst, that 2025 could be another year for the record books and, as the summer progressed, the levels of optimism rose as fast as the temperatures! A generous flowering was closely followed by a very healthy fruit set indicating a potentially high yield. In previous seasons, we had often resorted to a ‘green harvest’, removing some fruit to ensure the ripening of the remainder but this year was an exception – if ever there was a time to let our vines have their head, this was it.

Days of 30 plus degrees became the norm, the grapes turned colour and ripened swiftly bursting with juice and sweetness. The vineyard team worked hard to keep apace and manage the canopy to maximise this extraordinary potential, keeping the vines well fed, trimmed and leaf stripped allowed the abundant warmth to work its magical transformation of sunlight into high sugars and low natural acidity.

For the first time (and thanks to all our trusty volunteers!) we completed the harvesting of exceptional quality by the end of September. A classic Provencal style wine, thanks to the glorious, southern French like conditions of the 2025 vintage. Cheers!
