Chilworth Manor Vineyard

Picnics & Pinks
Midsummer Music for Local Charities

Thursday 19th June | Friday 20th June | Saturday 21st June

Chilworth Manor’s long standing charity event, Picnics & Pimm’s is now Picnics & Pinks.

We’ve been running these events for 14 years and have raised almost half a million pounds for charity. The change of name simply reflects that Chilworth Manor Vineyard will be supporting the event even more than previous years. Please be assured that the evenings stay the same – you’ll still enjoy your picnic in the beautiful grounds with music from two great bands. Our fully-stocked bar will be serving Chilworth Manor Vineyard’s sparkling wines and still Rosé.

Thanks to our suppliers, performers and volunteers we are able to support wonderful local charities - the charities benefiting from this year’s event are GASP, Tillingbourne School and the National Garden Scheme. So come and have a fantastic evening for a worthwhile cause, where your enjoyment will also benefit the charity for the evening. We will not expect you to give any more on the night!

This year's dates and prices are

Thursday 19th June, £40 pp | Friday 20th June, £45 pp | Saturday 21st June, £50 pp

Max 10 tickets per transaction (excl car parking tickets)

As this is a charity event, tickets are non-refundable

Please note

From previous experience, the demand is likely to be high, but it is worth to keep trying! Tickets will stay in people’s baskets for 10 minutes if a transaction is abandoned and released immediately when transactions are being cancelled. As a result there is a constant going in and out of the available ticket inventory. Please have the names of the people in your party to hand, as you will be asked for these during the booking process.

Enjoy a wonderful evening for fantastic causes

Join us in the beautiful walled garden of Chilworth Manor

Format of the Evening

The gates open at 18:00 and music will start at around 18:30, event finishes around 22.15

Please feel free to bring a picnic, tables, chairs and blankets (please take your left-overs and rubbish home with you).

No need to bring drinks as you can buy Chilworth Manor Vineyard wines (sparkling and still rose), red and white wine, beer and some soft drinks and water from the bar.

The car park is in a field about 100 metres from the gardens. We encourage you to share a lift as there is a limited number of spaces and we have to charge for the car parking.  Please note car parking tickets must be purchased in advance.

If it rains … please bring an umbrella ... the show will go on! As this is a charity event we do not offer refunds.

During the evening you are welcome to wander around the gardens at your own risk. This is a very old garden with many old steps and drops which can get slippery, so please take care moving around in the garden. There are also ponds and a pool, so children need to be supervised at all times. Children are of course very welcome, but need a full-price ticket.

There is limited access for a wheel chair, but we do offer a wheel chair accessible toilet.

No reservations and no dogs or pets please. There is no access to the house.
